Amherstburg Navy Yard Park Paint Out

Monday, May 13th, 9 until noon

PLEASE NOTE:  The town of Amherstburg has asked that we do not block sidewalks or paths, so please set up on the grass.

The Amherstburg Ontario area is full of wonderful locations to paint. The azaleas and rhododendrons are in bloom, and there are many historic buildings and garden pathways that are sure to catch your attention.

Keep an eye on the weather.   If it looks like a storm, please use your best judgment to decide if you wish to risk getting caught in the rain.  Rain in Windsor does not necessarily mean it is raining in the county.

I’m afraid I will not be able to attend on Monday, but please don’t let that stop you. Hopefully, my situation will be better soon.

Keep an eye on the weather. We do not paint in the rain, snow, or high winds. All other weather is fair game!

The park is large so you may have to go for a stroll to find each other.
Reaume Park also known as Coventry Gardens is at the foot of Pillette Road on the riverfront.
The park is quite large with many beautiful gardens and pathways to paint. As always please keep an eye on the weather. We start at 9:00 am. Warning! the parking lot fills up quick if you want to park in the main lot get there early.  There is overflow parking a block away on Pelissier Street.
